A development solution involving small precincts of development set within a rehabilitated landscape setting is the preferred outcome. The land is contained within the South East Qld Regional Plan 2023 with an Urban Footprint designation. The land is within a Local Government Infrastructure Plan area, and standard local infrastructure charges will apply. The property is not expected to be required to enter into infrastructure agreements to allow the development to proceed. A current development application was lodged for development in July 2022 and is currently under assessment by Council. A decision on this development application is expected in June 2025.
