Why We Love Parmelia:
In case you didn’t already know, Parmelia is my home suburb (Jade Shani), and it’s also where our office is located. Personally, I believe the 1980s produced some of the best-built homes—most of Parmelia was established during this era. These homes are solid, with thick double-brick construction, tiled roofs, and concrete slabs. Some even feature stunning slate flooring, exposed brick interiors, and timber beams—classic design elements that make for beautiful renovations. I’ve lived here for the past 10 years, and what immediately drew me in was the trees.
