The attached room to the bus has a living room with cosy warm wood heater and another bedroom area that has been divided by furniture. It's great to just sit back, relax and enjoy your surroundings. It's not connected to any power as we use our own solar and battery setup but you could do your own setup as you choose. The block is great to build your dream home or just enjoy the shack as it is and watch the wildlife and deer roam the area. Loads of room for the boat. The local Lake Leake Inn is a short drive away which also has the other boat ramp. Great neighbours which is a mix of permanent residents and shack owners just like us. Safe for pets and children as its fully fenced and a safe quiet area. We are selling as is without the personal items and looking for offers around $139,000.
