Fencing - Boundary fencing consists of good condition 4 barb with steel post on 3 sides, with the eastern boundary fenced with 12/115/15 exclusion fence. Internal fencing is limited, with a fenced lane and wing running right to the cattle yards.
Improvements: 1 set of steel cattle yards (85% complete), constructed of steel posts, cattle rail and "W" strapping. Complete with 4 way drafting pound, loading ramp, and offside vet crush. Yards are operational and can work 100 head.
