Location: The block is located at the south-eastern tip of the island opposite a vast area reserved for conservation. The south end of Sandy Beach is only 300m away (via the north end of the Boulevard where there are walking tracks). Sandy Beach and a small 4wd boat ramp are only 600m away, and a very good all-access boat ramp about 3km away. Description: A sloping block with excellent water views/sea views/bay views however you say it this block does have it. From the southwest to the southeast. As can be seen from the aerial photo and the map of the blocks, the block in front of my block is owned by the same owner as the block with the house on it, as part of their yard, therefore although not right on the waterfront, I have water views both over their block to the south west as well as to the south east. To the west is all conservation area and the views will never be built out.The Aerial Photo: The block is situated in a largely bush land conservation area which is sparsely populated. Block in front is a double-block on which one block is the house, the other right in front of mine is their yard, so you have unobstructed water views. Area: 582 m2.
