Overview

FOR SALE AS A GOING CONCERN (including machinery)

Located in a beautiful and peaceful area with some amazing views is this picturesque 70 acre avocado farm. Planted with approximately 2,400 avocado trees that vary in age, and all under trickle irrigation, the majority being of the Hass variety with some Reeds planted also. The old house has recently undergone a major renovation and includes a large open plan living space which makes for a stunning home. The kitchen is an integral feature of the home, with its abundance of lovely views overlooking the farm and a comprehensive and well planned design. Storage abounds with plenty of drawers (of multiple sizes), overhead cupboards and a walk in pantry and for the master chef you will find a large gas cooktop and double electric oven. The food preparation and serving can all be done on a spacious, waterfall stone benchtop, while enjoying the views! The dining area also enjoys the same outlook as the kitchen and there is a large living area, with tile fire. Both spaces lead out onto a fabulous, timber decked outdoor entertaining. The master suite is perfect for relaxation with a large bedroom, a spacious walk in robe and a retreat worthy ensuite that includes a spa bath. The two remaining bedrooms and bathroom are all a good size and the laundry is well equipped with double benches and overhead cupboards. Detached from the home is the main office/storage area which has a carports attached to one end. There is also self-contained accommodation unit with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom located below the main home and would be great for either an elderly parent/s, teenage retreat or a worker to live in. Close to the main house is a large open front workshop (with wood shed attached), a large general purpose shed plus a packing shed and cool room. Plenty of rainwater tanks provide ample water for the home, while there is approximately 60 mega litres of water stored in 4 dams. Properties of this nature rarely come onto the market, so take advantage of this buy now price and call Chris to arrange a viewing.
