Everyone has a favourite room in their home, a space where you
feel comfortable, a place to retreat or a happy place with a window
to the world.
My favourite room in Musgrove Street is the conservatorium. A space
that traps the winter rays, basking in the northern sun, the
perfect spot for a cup of tea on the cane chair. On a summer's
afternoon, the dappled light filters through the canopy of the
Manchurian pear tree making the space a cool refuge with a serene
view of the leafy garden. A room for all seasons, the
conservatorium is my favourite place.
It is the integration with the outdoors that defines the living
style at Musgrove Street. The functionality of flowing interiors
and connected spaces create a home for family living and
entertaining. The central design of the kitchen and multiple living
areas, both formal and casual, capture a sense of light and flow. A
timeless aesthetic is both beautiful and sophisticated.
The liveability is layered and offers versatile spaces with
multiple rooms to meet the diversity of family needs. Three
generous bedrooms, three bathrooms and adaptable study delivers a
premium level of amenity and an inviting home. Every aspect of the
home greets you with a garden view through expanses of glass and bi
fold doors . The sun floods in through winter, whilst the canopy of
trees offers a secluded and private summer garden.
Connecting to alfresco decking and conservatory, the layers of
living are truly seamless.
