Moving away from the original home and down a short flight of stairs is an extension. This area has another small bedroom on the same level as the main house and a laundry area between the old house and the extension. This laundry area also has a second loo, always a bonus and much easier to access if you are in the gardens. The second lounge area is quite large and has windows and doors that open to a rear deck and the garden beyond. The potential here is enormous, yes, the extension has been allowed to become run down but the structure is there, the roof is good and there is the snap, crackle and pop of a fireplace to add to the charm. Have the extension walls insulated and relined and suddenly you have a very nice three bedroom, two living area home within an easy walk to the village centre with covered off street parking. Add to this an abundance of storage sheds at the rear of the garden and you have the total package! So come have a look, homes as affordable as this do not appear often in the sought after Blackheath market.
