A University of South Australia-led project has developed an innovative Australian table-olive processing method designed to reduce processing time, labour and water use while retaining more of the fruit's natural flavour.
The project is working toward a substantial expansion of Australian table-olive production and is engaging with Riverland growers about increasing plantings.
The vendor advises that UniSA has expressed a willingness to negotiate a long-term whole-crop purchasing arrangement for the table olives produced by this property.
This is not an existing binding contract. Any future whole-crop purchase agreement would be subject to the purchaser and relevant parties agreeing on commercial terms and completing formal documentation.

SUBSTANTIAL HORTICULTURAL INFRASTRUCTURE

The entrance from the River Murray into Big Toolunka Creek is approximately 600 metres from the property.
