Subdivision & Purchaser Information
The proposed lots form part of the conditionally approved subdivision of Lot 76 Sonning Loop, Yallingup, by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC Ref. 203584).
Separate titles have not yet been created and remain subject to satisfaction of the subdivision approval conditions, final survey, registration of the deposited plan and issue of new Certificates of Title.
The Seller is presently targeting creation of the new titles on or before 30 June 2027. This timeframe is indicative only and remains subject to completion of the subdivision process.
