Likeable and a good communicator

I met Annamaria recently as a result of buying a property in Athelstone. What struck me about Annamaria is that unlike many agents out there, she came across as genuine, and most importantly, not arrogant. I appreciate her always getting back to me so promptly and she seems to have a very realistic understanding of the market. I feel she not only helped the vendors achieve their goal to sell, but also assisted in helping achieve a fair price for both parties. I would be willing to recommend her to friends and family in the future. Daniela
