Outstanding Management of our Investment

From start to finish the professionalism, communication and knowledge of the rental market was second to none. Celeste - came round to provide an appraisal on PCI of the new build, to provide an insight of the possible rent we could achieve. Following the meeting, a letter was provided to provide to our financier. Great communication via text, email and phone on the upcoming open inspections and how many groups were registered. Follow up phone calls from Karl to advise if all groups had been present at the open, and feedback of the potential tenants. Applications for the house were comprehensively checked by 1840 real estate. Feedback was provided for the best application for our rental investment. We have already used 1840 real estate for another investment property. The use an online portal is great to enable to check to see if there is any maintenance required, and whether the rent has been paid. Another service that they offer is for them to organize the bills that are due on your property, these are billed to the tenant, this ensures that your credit rating isnt compromised. They also give advice to the tenant on how to care for the property, eg. floors, bathrooms, appliances, worktops etc. I wouldn't want to use any other management company for our rental.
