I appointed Julian Hasemer of 1st City to sell my house at 28 Courtenay Road, Rose Bay, commencing a marketing campaign at the start of February this year. I appointed Julian and his team after meeting two other real estate agents firms, as his approach was refreshing and energetic, along with a proven track record in the Eastern Suburbs. I referenced Julian prior to his appointment, and heard he was very good at negotiation and ‘getting a property sold’. Julian was meticulous in the detail in getting the house ready for sale, making sure it presented at its best. Demonstrating Julian attention to detail, he met with the stylist and the photographer, to ensure furnishing and photography went as planned. Julian’s valuation of my home was identical to the other agents I met, so clearly he had a good grasp of values in the area. Julian was always at the ‘open’ for my house, and provided detailed honest feedback. Phone calls and emails were always answered in a timely manner. After 2 weeks of the sales campaign I received an offer I was happy to accept, so I did not go to auction. Julian ensured this was the highest offer available, after having spoken with all interested parties. Since the offer was accepted, Julian has been in contact as required.
