Very positive experience

Didier is an agent who delivers what he says he will. I've been dealing with real estate agents over the years and many say things that don't eventuate. Didier says something and makes it happen. Also, that doesn't mean everything went smoothly. He negotiated a good deal initially and the buyer pulled out, which was disappointing. So Didier went through his sources, found another buyer and negotiated a better deal. Another problem that often happens when dealing with agents is that they sign you up, then when you want to speak/email them, they're not available or don't get back for a week. Didier always returned calls promptly and explained matters very well. A good working relationship and easy to talk to.
