Nothing short of 100%

We purchased our property just before the Christmas break and the New Year started. Hectic time of year, closures and public holidays. Alicia still remained in contact regularly despite the crazy period. Nothing was an issue, always communicated well, answered and actioned our requests without delay. This was greatly appreciated, as we live 4.5 hours away and had no access to the property, and communication was dealt with via email and text messages. From the moment we requested a private inspection to the end, Alicia was diligent, professional and very accommodating. Her professionalism has most certainly made this purchase very easy.
