Excellent understanding of requirements

George was great to deal with from day one and really took the time to understand what we wanted and knew what was important to us. Something rare these days as agents just want to push you through and move on to the next property. George communicated clearly and timely the whole way through and showed he actually cared that both the seller and myself both got what we needed to make it work. Although tricky at times he handle everything with a calm demeanor and made the whole process very smooth. Thanks again George and highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying. Jez
