This bush block is still in it's natural state and is situated in the heart of the Central Highlands of Tasmania.
Block size is 1635 m2 and the block is fairly level. Power nearby on Jones Road.
There are two houses each side of this block, so this area on Jones Road is progressively growing.
This area is well known for trout fishing and nearby lakes include: Great Lake, Arthurs Lake, Western Lakes, Bronte System, Little Pine Lagoon, Penstock Lagoon just to name a few.
People are coming to this area not just to fish, but to escape from the hussle and bussle of city life.
I would call it a 'LAKE change'.
