Without doubt the best Real Estate Agent I have worked with

Selling a property from interstate is not easy, you really need to trust your agent. Having bought and sold numerous properties, Tim is the only agent I would trust selling in North West Tasmania. After having our property listed with another agent twice for a total of well over 9 months, we engaged Tim. Within a week he advised us what we needed to do to improve the presentation (it had been rented out and not looked after well), arranged trades to complete the agreed work and even brought his mower over and mowed the lawns for us so that he could present it well. Tim was willing to back himself and, unlike our other experiences where we paid for advertising twice with no result through another agent, we didn't have to pay Tim anything unless he sold it.
