Brooke & Grace have been so active in my property's onboarding process. Great comms, active and supportive through onboarding my new property listing and tenants. Brooke went above and beyond is checking on my property whilst interstate and even dragged a vacuum cleaner through the property after my carpet was installed. Grace & Brooke has both been super helpful. My only comment is that the vetting process of tenancy conditions could be better handled, as in my circumstance, a tenant requested a fence to be installed. I would suggest the prospective tenant is encouraged to apply FIRST (with prescribed conditions) before legwork is done to accommodate such requests. After several phone calls and quotes to install a fence, within 24 hours, the tenant was no longer interested in applying. Having said this, it was a good exercise to understand prospective tenant requests and reasons etc. Still, 4one4 team get full marks from me in their services and help provided.
