Great experience as a landlord renting my property through 4one4

My engagement with 4one4 began with a great chat with Patrick Berry who impressed me with his ethos around how he aims to look after his staff and customers in how he runs 4one4. Next I met with Brooke who visited me at my property and gave a thorough run down of all that was involved in becoming a landlord with them, and answered all of my questions completely. Brooke chose Demi as my assigned property manager and Demi did a great job of fielding more questions from me, whilst finding two great submissions for review after a successful open home. From my property being listed to a signed agreement being in place was just over a week and I'm happy with the weekly rental secured. All in all a great experience so far and now hopefully the tenants have a good stay and look after my place as if it were their own. Highly recommend this crew.
