Excellence in Attitude and Communication a Management Style that brings a Smile.

I was pleasantly impressed by the amount of assistance and attention to detail I was provided by Demi and the staff at 4one4, I was, in my own opinion treated with great respect and kindness. I was provided assistance when applications at times when online proved difficult or processes were needed to complete them that I was unaware of I was promptly given advice and guided in the right direction. I was appreciative of the genuine level of support provided by Demi in relation to the move in and the lease agreement and with all the necessary documentation before I could move in and thereafter also. Demi was courteous, polite, professional and helpful and it was nice to see her attitude towards tenant issues was proactive and understanding. When I arrived to pick the keys up I was positively greeted by all staff; Demi met me in a timely fashion despite being busy at the time just another example of her excellent attitude towards her tenants which also allowed me time to get my affairs in order earlier. I was gracious to receive a small bundle of goodies to go with the keys making it feel more homely and personal than just a tenant; like I was a part of a broader family and or community in 4one4. I recommend if you’re in the market or need a rental you see to it that you go see Demi and the others at 4one4 Glenorchy for your property and rental needs.
