Grace and Kristy from 4one4 were a huge help over the festive period last year. I'm based overseas which makes it challenging to be able to execute on the maintenance of the property. Both Grace and Kristy were really great to deal with - I had material work that needed to be completed on my unit. They managed to obtain all the required quotes for work to be completed, as well as ensuring that timelines were kept to and progress continued.
