Renovation Project Management

As an interstate investor I would recommend 4one4. From the outset their communication stood out amongst other property managers. My property required significant structural renovations. Steph and Brendon sourced quotes, followed up and pushed the builder on certain issues, negotiated with the builder on my behalf, and ensured that the property was presentable for tenants quickly after the renovations were completed. While the renovation took longer than anticipated, once they were completed 4one4 were able to quickly secure a tenant to commence only 8 days from first advertisement.
