4One4 property manager , Janaya Horne has recently inherited my mum’s rental property which I look after for her. As soon as I switched to 4One4 the tenants vacated leaving Janaya to re- lease the property in the Xmas holiday season . This is a challenge in itself however there was much needed repair to be done on the property , including internal painting . Janaya rose to the challenge with good humour and conscientiously found tradies and followed up on the jobs which allowed the new tenants to move in quickly as was their wish.
