Jenna review

Jenna inspired confidence at our first meeting at my home. She advised me about the current market in West Moonah and helped me to get to a realistic selling price. What I liked the most was that she listened to me and didn’t attempt to put undue pressure on me to conform to the usual selling methods such as “ for sale boards “ outside my property or open homes. My house was advertised on Realestate.com anonymously ( no address given ). Jenna advised me to accept the digital staging option as I was in the process of moving interstate and my home wouldn’t have been presented as well as it could - packing boxes etc. This went smoothly and the online photographs were extremely good. My house was sold to the second person who was shown around by Jenna. I did agree to a price adjustment as the purchasers were cash buyers which was advantageous to me. I have complete trust in Jenna leaving her with the keys whilst I was interstate. She was always available to answer any questions I had and most surprisingly after hours and weekends. I was thoroughly appreciative of all interactions with Jenna and would highly recommend her. The whole process was so easy. Thank you Jenna.
