Scott was a great agent and really made buying my property a easy and seamless process. Scott was always just a call away and was always there to help with anything from running around for the solicitors, met trades on site to Quote renovations and helped me to negotiate a price which both the Seller and I were happy with. Scott is very straight up and says it how it is as many agents just tell you what you want to hear. Scott and I were in constant communication during the entire settlement and I will defiantly keep in touch with Scott in the future as he has been selling in Ermington for many years he has a great knowledge of the area. Scott has previously sold properties to two of my family members in Ermington and Dundas prior to this and they both were very happy to hear that Scott sold me the property as they highly recommend him.
