Reliable and got result we wanted

Adam knew the Ermington area very well and his understanding of the market and the buyers at the time of our sale was spot on. During the sale process he helped us deal with quite a few issues, provided us with useful contacts for tradespeople and an insurance agent (we had a non standard insurance issue), he even checked the mailbox and took out our rubbish bins on garbage night a few times when we couldn't. We followed his sales strategy and he delivered on what he promised, he negotiated the sale price within the range that we'd discussed. This was a great result because at the time of our sale the housing prices were falling, buyer interest was dropping (due to increased interest rates and rising building costs) and auctions were continually being cancelled. Adam got the sale on auction day within the price range as promised.
