Extremely helpful, went above and beyond!

I was moving from Qld to Vic over the Christmas period due to my husbands job, and Julia went above and beyond to help us find a rental. I was really stressed out before I contacted her, as I thought we would have trouble with the time of the year, as well as trying to sell our own home in Mackay. Her service, professionalism and kindness really made me feel at ease with the whole process. Each contact with her felt as though we had known each other for a long time with how comfortable she made me feel. Even handing over the keys was no problem a few days before the new year!
