I met the agent when they were selling another unit in my complex and asked would they look at my unit as I was thinking of selling, they were happy to do so and gave me some feed back. I contacted the agent 3 months later as I was ready to sell. They arranged everything and gave advice to maximum my return, it paid off and was sold on the first open house for what I wanted. Thank you guys for you service.

I met Atul a few years back and was impressed by his professionalism and negotiation skills. Compared to all the other agents Ive met in my career (hundreds) I chose Atul as the most trust worthy to sell my property. Despite the many challenges they faced selling my property, the entire AB team continued to work tirelessly to achieve my desired result. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Will be selling the next one with them guranteed.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to sell their property. Both Jeet and Atul are very professional and great negotiator. They have worked very hard from the day the property was launched for sale and have maintained the same level of energy and attitude until it was sold. I will recommed AB Property to anyone looking to sell their property.

Atul and his AB Property exemplifies professionalism, hard-work and knowledge of the Real Estate market. They're the only Real Estate agents/ property managers I dealt with who has always been in constant communication and advise relating to my property. It was challenging to sell my property and they've sold it through their dedication and commitment. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a property agent or manager. Thanks AB Property for being fantastic.
