I had never heard of RateMyAgent before untill , i started selling my units , but it sounds very good like a very unique idea. It definitely is nice to see that it has a strong support from the agent community, and I'll have to make sure to use this site next time, when I am in need . I would like to thank Atul Bhanushali and Jitender Singh from AB Properties who helped me achieve best price for my property. Their skills and ethical level are unmatched. Atul is calm, composed, knowledgeable, reliable and very easy to deal with. While my property was being listed by AB Property, few real estate agents in Toongabbie constantly bugged me by cold calling or walk-in. One particular agent wanted me to sell with him by cancelling agreement with AB Property! I found it quite irritating and unethical. On the other end I found that Atul and his team are so dependable and quite opposite to the irritative agent. They believe in fair play and works very hard on achieving dream price for vendors. Atul never pushed me to sell at a lower price. He was persistent with his approach throughout the process till we found suitable buyer.
