If 'buying' a house is efforts taking 'selling' a house is by no means a less of an ask. The thrill and excitement of landing with a sale price meeting sellers expectation can turn into a disappointment if you do not have the right real estate agency partnering. AB Consultants for me was the right partnering when it came to sale of my property. Atul and his team has a good industry knowledge, robust marketing campaign and drive to achieve the results. I would recommend AB consultants to anyone looking to buy/sell property. Give them a try you and you will find out why they differ from other real estate agencies.

Atul was very professional in his approach and was realistic with the pricing of the unit . We achieved an excellent result. Because of his Market Knowledge, Communication Skills , Credibility ,Negotiation Skills again . I had never heard of RateMyAgent before untill , i started selling my units , but it sounds very good like a very unique idea. It definitely is nice to see that it has a strong support from the agent community, and I'll have to make sure to use this site next time, when I am in need . I really like that by using a trusted real estate agent you can sell you house easier and a faster and get a wider market. That is awesome that there are sites that help you to know your real estate agents rate. That will help in determine the best agent to help sell your house

I would like to thank Atul Bhanushali and Jitender Singh from AB Properties who helped me achieve best price for my property. Their skills and ethical level are unmatched. Atul is calm, composed, knowledgeable, reliable and very easy to deal with. While my property was being listed by AB Property, few real estate agents in Toongabbie constantly bugged me by cold calling or walk-in. One particular agent wanted me to sell with him by cancelling agreement with AB Property! I found it quite irritating and unethical. On the other end I found that Atul and his team are so dependable and quite opposite to the irritative agent. They believe in fair play and works very hard on achieving dream price for vendors. Atul never pushed me to sell at a lower price. He was persistent with his approach throughout the process till we found suitable buyer. I have no hesitations in recommending AB Property over any other real estate businesses in the market. Amongst Elders Toongabbie, Ray White, Starr Partners, Andrew Merton etc. big names, I found AB Property to be the most accomplished market leaders. The really believe in relationship building and management. Given an opportunity in future, I will always sell with AB Property without any hesitations. Go AB Property!

This has to be a small record for the sale of my unit 1 . Because he only put it on the market for 3 days to get ready for the auction telling me he has conference and we are going to sell it . Then he sold it the day before the auction for the price i wanted
