didn't deal much with claude only in the beginning so not much to say. did most of the communication stuff with Hayley his assistant who is a wonderful cheery person and I have high recommendations for her.

Claude came into the selling process after it commenced. I felt much more comfortable when he took over and appreciated the advice given. I think he quickly appreciated how I was going to relate to the process (very hands off) and helped considerably through the process. He was definite in his advice which I appreciated, and was prepared to spend some money to present the sale. This advice was also helpful as it may well not have worked without this. We eventually got a very good price which was I am sure a lot to do with how we presented the unit for sale.
