Buying and Selling with Suzanne from Abode Real Estate.

We first meet Suzanne 18 months ago when looking around the local area with the intention to down size to a newly built villa or town house. This chance meeting set the wheels in motion to be educated and introduced to a "next level" of builders and designers. Suzanne's knowledge of top quality builders in the Sutherland area is very extensive. So now we have completed the circle with Suzanne, we have bought a most beautiful villa, built by an amazing builder from Connect Property. We bought our new home off the plan, which is a very big leap of faith by anyone's standards, but Suzanne's professional attitude, high standards and warm personality gave us enormous confidence and she made this process not as daunting as you might think. Suzanne's endless enthusiasm and efforts to sell our home during what could only be described as the most difficult period of COVID-19 as been astounding. She never gave up she was always upbeat, bright and cheerful but what is more important, she was down to earth and realistic in her judgement of the market. We could not fault the way she has handled both our purchase and sale. We are very happy with the outcome of our sale and having nothing but praise for Suzanne and her gorgeous team, Georgie and Holly who support her with such maturity and enthusiasm.
