The third bedroom has a ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioning, but no robe.
Outside, you have ample undercover space to entertain; the pool is easy to maintain, but you must be able to care for and service it, or engage a professional to maintain it at least monthly. Pool services are NOT included.
