We were tenants for 3 years 9 months as soon as Eleni took over the management it became horrific. We had Mould issues she sent a painter to cover up instead of a mould expert. We moved out, paying everything we owed up front. Her outgoing report did not match her demands/claims after we vacated. She literally wanted to cheat us and keep our bond money. We had to contact Fair Trading, they immediately applied for my Bond to be released. We thankfully documented everything, and had outgoing videos. She was caught lying with her photos that worked towards our benefit. An example of her demands: She wanted to keep our bond, and charge us a second cleaning costs after the landlord completed their renovation. There’s more, everything was a fight. She made me steam clean the carpets, knowing the landlords had to remove them due to the age and condition, replaced with floorboards. They still owe us $200.00 from the extra keys we had cut. The agency advised my money would be returned in 2021 when all keys returned but Eleni will not approve this. She has dismissed our matter as if we are worthless. She is representing Di Jones St Ives. I have always included tenancy concierge on all correspondence, no one has come back to assist us.
