Rivan’s progressive ladder of success in real estate started in 2010 as a property officer which led to Rivan successfully managing his own rental portfolio as a property manager some years later. This initial opportunity presented an excellent platform for Rivan that enabled him to gain comprehensive expertise in all facets of property, from investment portfolio management to sales, and helped to form his intimate property knowledge of the area in which he grew up in, now owning and directing his own real estate office. His drive to succeed and competitive nature to seek exceptional results transcends into his passion for property and people in the Fairfield local area.
