Excellent agent

Judy is well known in the area, she has great knowledge of the market and an excellent record for selling houses. I knew of her, through word of mouth, and was excited to start the selling experience, using Judy as the realestate agent. She made no false promises. She knew what my unit was worth and still somehow managed to exceed my expectations. I work night shift and Judy took the challenge well of contacting me in my awake hours. Even if it was out of her usual working hours. She rang regularly to give updates. She happily conveyed conversations between myself and her to my wife also, if I was unavailable to do so... With her complete open book personality she was able to negotiate a price both me and the buyer were happy with, she got us a better then we expected price. With the fall of interest in the market, Judy worked rediculously hard to secure a sale in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend Judy to anyone in the area, selling or buying!
