Going above & beyond expectations!

You won’t find a real estate agent that works harder then Lloyd Hillard. From our first consultation he set himself a mission not only to sell our beautiful home but to make the journey as easy and stress free as he could. This guy will literally roll up his sleeves and help out with whatever it is that you need because that’s how passionate he is about his career in real estate. Unfortunately at the start of our sale campaign we were confronted by an unforeseen hurdle, being the introduction of Covid restrictions preventing open for inspections but that didn’t stop Lloyd Hillard from staying positive, working tirelessly and with such professionalism as he engaged with prospective buyers, not just locally but on an international level. He went above and beyond our expectations of an agent. There’s so many real estate agents theses days, it’s a difficult choice to make but we would love to recommend Lloyd Hillard because he is fantastic!

Sensational service , communication and hard work.

Upon receiving an opportunity to relocate for work my wife and I decided to put our house on the market. We engaged with Lloyd from Active Real Estate and he was fantastic from start to finish. The day our house went on to the market the COVID restrictions were again upgraded and therefore we could not hold an open for inspection. This was a stressful time for us as we had committed to new jobs and the relocation but Lloyd was very calm and reassuring. Lloyd was able to hold private inspections and had always kept us in the loop in regards to what was happening. Stage four restrictions were then introduced and we we had resigned to the thought that we wouldn't be selling our house but Lloyd was fantastic and was able to get a deal done right before the restrictions came in to effect. The amount of hours and work that Lloyd put into selling our home was mind blowing. Lloyd was always calm and reassuring making the process of moving on during this stressful time so much easier. We were so impressed with Lloyd and would refer him to anyone looking at selling. Superstar!
