Amazing customer service

I received a call from one of the ladies at the real estate who told me my usual property mananger would not be able to attend the inspection. I received very polite and prompt communication via the real estate agents. I was greeted outside my house by a lovely, well presented agent who came to conduct the inspection. I was very appreciative of having my inspection earlier on during the day as it gave me more time to study for uni. Amazing service and communication, 10/10
