Amazing communications and actions

Roger was engaged after the first chat with him. Calm and pleasant and had a good knowledge of the local area, and what the possible market conditions were doing. He kept in regular contact by email and phone, and picked up calls and returned emails quickly. From the initial walk through he was able to suggest things to add easy and quick value, as well as minor maintenance issues that could cost a lot more in the negotiation phase. He also had access to good, and price competitive, tradesmen to quickly fix those small issues. Had a good connection to early buyers, even prior to full listing on the websites, and had an early offer from that group. We still opted to go for a home open and listing on the regular websites, and that really paid off, with many people coming, and 3 formal offers, well above the initial. Roger handled the discussions with all 3, and was transparent with me on the status of each, and we were able to get a few more dollars and reach agreement quickly with the final buyer. Was an easy and painless experience all the way, including having to help with an insurance claim on a fence damaged in a storm during the settlement process. I can not recommend Roger enough for his amazing communications and regular follow ups, and would certainly be in contact again for our next sale.
