Excellent experience with Maria Perez and Adrian William

Maria Perez has been my property agent for the last 5 years. I have known her since even before she’s worked at Adrian William, and through the years she has been nothing short of excellent. On two occasions she’s worked within my budget to help me find and secure apartments in the inner west area, where I’ve lived now for the last 8 years. She communicates my needs and requests to my landlords in a fair and timely manner, and always puts her clients first.
