So easy to deal with

We’ve had a great experience so far. We bought our investment property through Adrian Williams and they were able to give us an accurate market rate estimate, met us at an inspection to take us through everything & explain the rental process, arrange for the property to be marketed during the settlement period and after one open home we had a tenant lined up to move in a few days after settlement. They even sent their handyman around in the couple of days between settlement and the tenant moving in to do so minor work so everything was ready to go! Sophie is super easy to deal with and very knowledgeable- her assessment was spot on.
