Approachable, warm and professional

I didn't get a chance to view the property at the set time on Saturday so a private inspection was requested, which Paul graciously accepted. It was also a 40+ degree day! I met Paul at the private and immediately felt welcomed by his warm and professional demeanour. He was approachable, easy to talk to and incredibly honest. Paul was also very patient and happy to answer questions. When signing the contracts, Paul essentially held our hand in signing and paying the deposit.
