I engaged Norman Tran to negotiate the sale of my property and he delivered the result I needed in this particularly challenging current market. He acted with integrity and honesty through the process and found a buyer within a couple of weeks and negotiated a price I was happy with. He made himself available to speak personally with me at any time throughout the process. There was never going to be any records set in this current climate of uncertainty but he worked hard and it paid off. He knew the area very, very well and was up to speed with the expectations of buyers. He's trustworthy and empathic to the emotional ride that the process entails and is a decent fella. He's a very proficient communicator and also very likeable with not a hint of the sleaze-factor that we all know can be present in the realtor set.
