An agent who believed in our home as much as we did

Our next-door neighbour couldn't sing Norman's praises highly enough after he achieved a great result for her, so he was our first call. We really wanted an agent who believed in our home as much as we did. From our first meeting with Norman, we could see he understood what made our apartment special. We always felt like we were talking to a person and not a salesman. But what really stood out was his patience. It took us a while to be ready to sell and he never once pressured us. Instead, he just kept us informed with market updates, building a relationship long before we signed any papers. This made it easy for us to choose him when we were evaluating agents. Norman and his team's streamlined guidance on everything from pre-sale updates to get the apartment ready to the launch timing was invaluable. We especially valued his data-driven advice; whenever we hesitated or got nervous, he'd calmly anchor us back to the facts, which kept us focused. This helped us make sure that we were prepared, that we attracted the right kind of buyers and the apartment was in the best shape for our first open. And it worked. The number of interested parties during the first inspection exceeded our expectations. The energy at the first open house was buzzing and Norman and his team worked the room brilliantly to engage buyers and build a shortlist. The real test came when we got a strong offer in the first week. Norman could have easily pushed for a quick sale, but he didn't. Instead, he laid out all the possibilities and gave us the confidence to see the campaign through for another week. That move was crucial - it brought in more buyers, built up competition, and he worked the phones to negotiate the best price. In the end, we sold faster than we expected for a price that met our expectations while setting a new record for two-bedroom apartments in our building. We're so glad we took our neighbour's advice and couldn't recommend Norman and his team more highly.
