Outstanding Result!

I carried out a 'vendor advocacy' for my property, interviewing 3 x local, experienced, Real Estate Agents & Kate stood out, head & shoulders above the other choices at the end. Kate was far more diligent, prepared more market & sale information I had requested, had superior following up & communication skills & just wanted the business, and her tenacity proved invaluable for the end result in achieving a premium price. Kate & her team including Phoebe were very professional & well organised leading up to the sale & assisted with co-ordinating painting, new carpet, repairs & improvements, furniture styling etc prior to going to market to have the property very well presented. The property was exchanged 2.5 x weeks into an Auction campaign selling 'prior to' Auction with a bidding war between buyers. I was initially thinking we would need a 4 x wk marketing campaign but Kate indicated we wouldn't Very happy with an outstanding result & how Kate expertly handled the sale & negotiations at the end. Coming from a very experienced Property Expert with 29 x years of Real Estate experience & 11 x years as a Property Buyers Advocate, I was so very impressed with the result & outcome from Kate & her team's hard work & I highly recommend them to anyone considering selling. 5/5 Stars for Kate & Phoebe👌🏆
