Sushant was recommended to us by an old friend who said he was a good bloke and a person of integrity. We did chat to a few other agents, but in the end Sushant stood out as being someone who was highly approachable that we thought we could easily work with, which was important as this was the first time we have sold a house. One thing that made him stand out was his network of buyers which provided an extra avenue for sale. Using this network the house was quickly sold off market, which also saved us $5k on advertising fees, and we bypassed the standard "for sale" sign out the front and house opens, etc. Most importantly, he achieved a higher sale price than others had suggested possible. He also has excellent connections with tradies who did a wonderful job with some pre sale required home improvements at prices well under what others were quoting. Throughout the entire process Sushant displayed a great combination of being professional and extremely knowledgeable whilst also being very easy to deal with and approachable.
