Off street parking for 2 cars (not covered), dishwasher, reverse cycle air-conditioning and low maintenance small yard. Gas stove & hot water. Quiet street, friendly neighbours, close to bus, train and all amenities including cafes, restaurants, shops, hotel & bars etc as well as schools. Last tenants stayed 4 years. Will consider tenant with cat, but yard is not fenced so no dogs sorry. Will request references from previous landlord or current employer.
