The city is 15 minutes by train which is two minutes from the apartment. Indooroopilly shopping centre is five minutes by train, and University of Qld bus connects from Indooroopilly train station. The apartment is in the underneath of a renovated house and has separate entry. It has sound reducing insulation, full sized kitchen, European laundry, TV, Foxtel wiring (you would need to connect to a Foxtel plan yourself) , kitchenware, washing machine and vacuume cleaner. An internet point is available, however you will need to connect your own internet. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and loungeroom, and the apartment is generally cool as it is downstairs and well insulated. There are crim safe screens on all windows. This is an elegant, light, bright and very very large space designed for easily being comfortable on a full time basis. We live upstairs so no parties or loud behaviour. We would possibly consider a couple if both are employed and quiet, clean and mature people. For a couple we would need to negotiate additional utilities costs as these have currently been based on a single tenants usage.
