Selling an old Queanbeyan weatherboard house subdivided with a self-managed strata title.

We were always aware that the sale could take some time and have its complications because of the non-standard nature of the block we had to sell - large old home subdivided with a self-managed strata plan. However, George made us confident that we were in good hands, and that a successful outcome was likely, and we were very pleased with the eventual result, being both within reasonable price expectations and in a reasonable time. From a personal point of view, we appreciated the fact that he kept us up to date, we felt that his advice was always on the mark, and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
