Chris has been able to sell both our units at Avoca Beach despite many attempts by other agents over several years. One through private treaty and one through auction. He has been able to understand our position and relate that to the market so that in both cases, we have been able to achieve a good result with which we are happy. He has been great at keeping us updated with what is happening and the status of the play at all times so that we have felt he has been personally involved and been very personable and likeable - even when we have given him some stress! At no time have we felt Chris to be guarded or given us any cause to doubt what he is telling us - a very rare commodity in a real estate agent - and has continued to be helpful in the logistics following the sale through his great after sales service. This all builds a picture of someone who actually does care for not only matching your real estate needs to the market for the sale, but also continuing that to completion. I will be keen to put our next property up for sale through him.
